Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. In the 93rd minute, Yağız Macit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Onur-Recep Kıvrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milagros Fraga in the 94th minute of play. After 97 minutes, Deng Jie Wei made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Peru's Rolando Noboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ were victorious despite being under pressure from Peru for much of the match.
