Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Davide La Marca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute Davide La Marca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, As Melfi 1929's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Eraldo Bulla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Bulla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, As Melfi 1929's Carlo Miccio got a free kick in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, As Melfi 1929's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Eraldo Bulla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Napoleon Walaszkiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davide La Marca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced As Melfi 1929's goalkeeper Eraldo Bulla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eraldo Bulla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 26th minute of the match, Davide La Marca got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by As Melfi 1929's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eraldo Bulla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eraldo Bulla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of the match. When As Melfi 1929's Davide La Marca in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Felix Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute, Felix Montes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eraldo Bulla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Eraldo Bulla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Cristian Sancho received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eraldo Bulla came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristian Sancho slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. A collision led to As Melfi 1929 getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Bozo Bonk hit a great ball. In the 69th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eraldo Bulla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Napoleon Walaszkiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Napoleon Walaszkiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. When Napoleon Walaszkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the As Melfi 1929 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Napoleon Walaszkiewicz couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davide La Marca in the 78th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eraldo Bulla came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eraldo Bulla could save by the left post. After having played for 91 minutes, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustín Saelices was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eraldo Bulla. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
