Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 11 minutes into the match, Olofsi IF's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Einar Ingvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Olofsi IF's Krzysztof Pawlak got a free kick in the 12th minute. Einar Ingvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 14th minute of play. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Einar Ingvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aron Enegren's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Valdemar Jonasson hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Einar Ingvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 30th minute of play forced Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Ingvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 33rd minute of the match. Einar Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Ingvall having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Thanks to some nice moves Lautaro Mancebo could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Einar Ingvall however easily saved by the left post. Sven Vollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. In the 65th minute Stefano St. Juste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mexico booed when Olofsi IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Friberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Olofsi IF's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Einar Ingvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Einar Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Einar Ingvall saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Sven Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olofsi IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Vollander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 91 minutes into the match, Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Gaona. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Olofsi IF.
