Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Killinge Rangers's Arman Finsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Finsberg having to interfere. Bo Kuse took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arman Finsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Hedin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Persson came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Hedin in the 39th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arman Finsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 41st minute of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Hedin went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas Hedin to strike the kick off in the second half. Killinge Rangers's Arman Finsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Killinge Rangers getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Jack Falck hit a great ball. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Arman Finsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arvid Siggesson. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arvid Siggesson in the 65th minute. In the 70th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Finsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arman Finsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arman Finsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 75th minute of the match. Mexico were furious when Luca Zorita was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Killinge Rangers made a substitution. Leonardo Falck replaced Jack Falck. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! Oliver Collin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Dante Lacasa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oliver Collin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Killinge Rangers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
