Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abram Sarmiento started the match with the kick off. Lauro Moreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. 3 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lauro Moreira. The supporters of Colombia booed when Club Atletico Chusca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Abilio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Orlando Tafalla in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Atletico Chusca's Neno Lehchanski. 12 minutes into the game, Lauro Moreira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Lauro Moreira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 15 played minutes Club Atletico Chusca got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Platon. Serafin Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Axel Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Serafin Eate. Club Atletico Chusca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauro Moreira in the 29th minute. Club Atletico Chusca's Aristides Santo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Serafin Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 33rd minute of the match. Serafin Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lauro Moreira. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Serafin Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Abram Sarmientos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Serafin Eate to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 58th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Eate was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Abram Sarmiento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abram Sarmiento really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Club Atletico Chusca's Alberto Confesor was substituted for Herman Arvidsson. A collision led to Club Atletico Chusca getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Blas Edorta hit a great ball. Ignacio Mastache took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serafin Eate. Serafin Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 72 minutes into the match, Lauro Moreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lauro Moreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After 75 played minutes Club Atletico Chusca got a freekick which was hit by Blas Edorta. Serafin Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Secada in the 76th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Serafin Eate. Serafin Eate yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luis Cazalla hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Lauro Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Lauro Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Kevin Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Kevin Mastache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Eate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Club Atletico Chusca supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colombia's performance. The match ended with a win for Colombia.
