After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Gencho Evstatiev managed to get in a good position for a shot. FcBludenz's supporters rose to their feet, but Gencho Evstatiev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abidin Acarbey came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Gencho Evstatiev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Georg Lainer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abidin Acarbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of the match. FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 25th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abidin Acarbey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 29th minute of the match. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abidin Acarbey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rüdiger Braun hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita succeeded in the game's 32nd minute to get real power on a long shot . FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-2! Juan Sebastián Puig's late challenge caught a FcBludenz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Sebastián Puig helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Lainer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abidin Acarbey having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Gencho Evstatiev made the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abidin Acarbey. Abidin Acarbey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. FcBludenz's Abidin Acarbey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save FcBludenz from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abidin Acarbey firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 63rd minute of the match, Luis Andino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Abidin Acarbey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 64th minute. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes FcBludenz got a freekick which was hit by Rémi Jacquet. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Abidin Acarbey made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abidin Acarbey quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Abidin Acarbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abidin Acarbey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rémi Jacquet fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FcBludenz's protests and gave Rémi Jacquet a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FcBludenz's Rémi Jacquet got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Abidin Acarbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, FcBludenz's Gencho Evstatiev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abidin Acarbey made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. FcBludenz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Luis Andino scored to the left of an out of position Abidin Acarbey, making the score, 0-4. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FcBludenz throughout the match.
