Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) RockCity F.C.'s Cagua Seoane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute Mario Dewaele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Reborio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Cagua Seoane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the RockCity F.C. defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cagua Seoane. The RockCity F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cagua Seoane should have stopped the shot. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of RockCity F.C. booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cagua Seoane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Cagua Seoane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Antonio Arias hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Daniel Trynda sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ecuador's Julio Vera didn't even have to move. Fabian Reborio was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Dewaele in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador played a much better game than RockCity F.C. and deserved their victory. The RockCity F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
