Jose Correa's late challenge caught a RockCity F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Correa got his second yellow card in the match during the 11th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After 15 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 15th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Mario Dewaele tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Mario Dewaele notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Fabian Reborio came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the RockCity F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Reborio couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. Damián Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Dewaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Ramiro Larrea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 3-0. Thanks to some nice moves Damián Diaz could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. 47 minutes into the game, Mario Dewaele cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When RockCity F.C.'s Mario Dewaele in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. RockCity F.C. made a substitution. Angelo Oliverio replaced Ramiro Larrea. A collision led to RockCity F.C. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Fabian Reborio hit a great ball. In the 68th minute Mario Dewaele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mario Dewaele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of RockCity F.C. booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Mario Dewaele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mario Dewaele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert got a free kick in the 84th minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when RockCity F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Facundo Teijeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes of play, RockCity F.C.'s Mario Dewaele made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! RockCity F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
