Polikarp Miheev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 5th minute of play. Polikarp Miheev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel Falcao in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelona Lassa's Ivan Ananov got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 34th minute, Julian Murillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Polikarp Miheev. The goal made the score 2-0. Eliseo Mina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Polikarp Miheev having to make a save.
