Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Ferdinand Weijnants ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teo De Jonge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddy Laporte in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo De Jonge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Oskitz. In the 15th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo De Jonge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo De Jonge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 26th minute of play. KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Bosmans got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Endel Darmer got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Eddy Laporte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 49th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eddy Laporte to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Weijnants came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Laporte in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Piet Van Bostraeten hit a great ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Eddy Laporte notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Eddy Laporte put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The throw-in from Rudi Vissenaeckens in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Piet Van Bostraeten hit a great ball. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 79th minute of play. Paul-Louis Jannes might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paul-Louis Jannes ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Venezuela booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Piet Van Bostraeten didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes, Octaaf Bosmans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Vliegplein and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Octaaf Bosmans hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Endel Darmer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
