An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 9th minute of play forced Powerjed's goalkeeper Tiago Volpi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Zoff took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Cotilla. Panama's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19th minute, Abraham Alguacil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Volpi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Isidoro Sarmiento struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Tiago Volpi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Eraldo Urbani in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 33 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Sarmiento. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 37th minute of play forced Powerjed's goalkeeper Tiago Volpi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Powerjed's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Sarmiento came free, but Tiago Volpi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Anselmo Fabiani fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Powerjed's protests and gave Anselmo Fabiani a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Powerjed's Anselmo Fabiani got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Tiago Volpi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Tiago Volpi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Tiago Volpi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. 68 minutes into the game, Abraham Alguacil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tiago Volpi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiago Volpi made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Isidoro Sarmiento sent off a good shot on target. Alex Cambeiro scored 0-5 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiago Volpi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 83rd match minute, Powerjed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duncan Isaac to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Powerjed's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Volpi came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Powerjed's Tiago Volpi. Tiago Volpi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Urbani in the 89th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patryk Hatman in the 91st minute of the match. Alex Cambeiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiago Volpi came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Cambeiro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 93rd minute.
