Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Weijnants had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferdinand Weijnants was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 11 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 15th minute of play. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Teo De Jonge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teo De Jonge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Norberto Oskitz put in a rough tackle. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Ecuador. Daniel Zorita stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teo De Jonge. 2-2. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ferdinand Weijnants fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Vliegplein's protests and gave Ferdinand Weijnants a yellow card for diving instead. Ferdinand Weijnants kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Eddy Laporte made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Laporte in the 54th minute of play. After 55 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Teo De Jonge in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo De Jonge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agustín Saelices got free with Teo De Jonge in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Eddy Laporte came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Octaaf Bosmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo De Jonge made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddy Laporte's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge. Teo De Jonge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of play. Teo De Jonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 86th minute of the match. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Teo De Jonge made a huge save. In the 95th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo De Jonge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KFC Vliegplein fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
