The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Puig got free with Inácio Marquez in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres D'Alessandro in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Andres D'Alessandro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 64 minutes in the game, Eliseo Noboa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Inácio Marquez having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres D'Alessandro in the 66th minute of the match.
