Diego Hitzeder hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 6 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Cordarryl. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florencio Cordarryl in the 8th minute. Florencio Cordarryl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Cordarryl in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florencio Cordarryl. If Diego Hitzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Florencio Cordarryl fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th minute, Ermegildo Unai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Cordarryl in the 44th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Obano. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 57 minutes, Florencio Cordarryl made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Cordarryl in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 63rdth minute of the game Florencio Cordarryl who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Florencio Cordarryl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Jiang Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Cordarryl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ermegildo Unai was slow to take the kick. During this time Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to 邓凌奕. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Cordarryl in the 83rd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Cordarryl, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, 邓凌奕 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 邓凌奕 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Florencio Cordarryl took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Obano didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş were the better team. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
