The attack was good, but when Chiquinho Neto in the 13th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Olle Haegg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Wiliam Lozano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Arne Magnusson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arne Magnusson was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Chiquinho Neto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chiquinho Neto really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Chiquinho Neto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Arne Magnusson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 38 minutes of play, Flamengo de San Blás's Wiliam Lozano made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Magnusson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute, Mamon Bo Qamaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arne Magnusson. The goal made the score 8-0. 44 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Neto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arne Magnusson. Ströms Diamonds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chiquinho Neto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oscar Igelström made a kick off. Wilfredo Zambrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Magnusson having to interfere. Mamon Bo Qamaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Magnusson having to interfere. Flamengo de San Blás's Nicanor Elequemedo was substituted for Gilberto Escalona. Wiliam Lozano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sergio Peralta made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Oscar Igelström sent off a good shot on target. After 81 minutes, Aaron Zander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ströms Diamonds and the Flamengo de San Blás players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Flamengo de San Blás booed when Ströms Diamonds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Wiliam Lozano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Arne Magnusson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 86th minute, Wiliam Lozano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zernin Pellicer in the 87th minute of play forced Ströms Diamonds's goalkeeper Arne Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Wiliam Lozano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arne Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zernin Pellicer in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ströms Diamonds's zone, Wiliam Lozano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Magnusson came out of the goal and Wiliam Lozano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Flamengo de San Blás had played much better football throughout.
