With an all-out effort, Les 3 Quilles FC's Ángel Folch threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antonin Lardon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 7 minutes into the match, Curicó-Unido's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan Péneau came free, but Ángel Folch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ángel Folch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gameiro Reis went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Sansón Atienza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Curicó-Unido defense, Gameiro Reis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ángel Folch. The Curicó-Unido fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ángel Folch should have stopped the shot. After 17 minutes of play, Les 3 Quilles FC's Gameiro Reis made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ángel Folch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronan Péneau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ángel Folch made a huge save. A collision led to Curicó-Unido getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Marcel Linhares hit a great ball. Gameiro Reis had several of the Curicó-Unido's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 27 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Ángel Folch as he didn't even see the shot coming. Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Curicó-Unido from getting a goal against them. Ángel Folch stood somewhat misplaced when Ronan Péneau came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 32 minute. In the 37th minute Antonin Lardon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ángel Folch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Les 3 Quilles FC's Gameiro Reis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ángel Folch. Ángel Folch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Ángel Folch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Guesdon in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gameiro Reis made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Curicó-Unido got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Linhares. Samuel Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ángel Folch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vincent Guesdon went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the game, Bakary De Almeida was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les 3 Quilles FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curicó-Unido the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Les 3 Quilles FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Curicó-Unido:s goal. Ángel Folch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronan Péneau in the 68th minute of play. Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronan Péneau in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of Les 3 Quilles FC booed when Curicó-Unido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Cristóbal Kovasic didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute Gameiro Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ángel Folch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonin Lardon in the 73rd minute of play forced Curicó-Unido's goalkeeper Ángel Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Curicó-Unido's goal looked a bit too open when Ronan Péneau came free, but Ángel Folch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ángel Folch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Guesdon in the 96th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gameiro Reis in the 98th minute of play forced Curicó-Unido's goalkeeper Ángel Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ángel Folch didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonin Lardon went, in the 100th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-1 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Les 3 Quilles FC were the better team. Les 3 Quilles FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
