After 19 played minutes Volvio Moreno got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Lleir. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Antoszewski in the 20th minute of play forced Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Virgilio Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Antoszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Karol Antoszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgilio Rocendo. Volvio Moreno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karol Antoszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Froilan Jacob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Mano in the 30th minute of play. Karol Antoszewskis short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Virgilio Rocendo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Karol Antoszewski sped through Volvio Moreno's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Virgilio Rocendo. Virgilio Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. But to his dismay, Karol Antoszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Volvio Moreno's Virgilio Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Volvio Moreno from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karol Antoszewski in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Rocendo saved Volvio Moreno from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Paulino Maltez took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Virgilio Rocendo to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★'s Paulino Maltez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Virgilio Rocendo. That made the score 0-8 after 78 minutes of play. If Paulino Maltez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 82 minutes of play, ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★'s Paulino Maltez made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgilio Rocendo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Froilan Jacob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Rocendo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Maltez in the 88th minute. The supporters of Volvio Moreno booed when ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Normando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Maltez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
