Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Salvino to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Halcones Azules defense, Lino Madeo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Oskar Odén. The Halcones Azules fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Oskar Odén should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the game, Reconquistense FC's Lino Madeo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Oskar Odén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Reconquistense FC's Iker Ugutz was substituted for Prudencio Raulo. 61 minutes into the game, Lino Madeo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Karl-Oskar Odén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, Halcones Azules's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Madeo came free, but Karl-Oskar Odén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lino Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Reconquistense FC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Reconquistense FC's Lino Madeo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Halcones Azules's Abelardo Artizar was substituted for Ricardo Kauldi. After a rather tough play, Reconquistense FC's Jonathan Calvet got a free kick in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Froilan Jerrold was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halcones Azules's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Reconquistense FC the free kick. In the 91st minute, Lino Madeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reconquistense FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Naelio got free with Jesus Austin in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Reconquistense FC were the better team. Reconquistense FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
