Fabian Bermudez scored 0-5 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ángel Folch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Curicó-Unido's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Madeo came free, but Ángel Folch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reconquistense FC's Jesus Austin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonso Dietert in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute Prudencio Raulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ángel Folch saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Madeo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Ugutz in the 94th minute of play forced Curicó-Unido's goalkeeper Ángel Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch got control of the ball when Lino Madeo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
