Karl-Oskar Odén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Oskar Odén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Gumaro in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Oskar Odén prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karl-Oskar Odén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Gumaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute Jonatan Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Oskar Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquin Gumaro took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Oskar Odén. Karl-Oskar Odén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 31st minute Jonatan Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Oskar Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Halcones Azules's zone, Joaquin Gumaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Oskar Odén came out of the goal and Joaquin Gumaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Remigiusz Bronicki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ilulea FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigiusz Bronicki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Oskar Odén breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Halcones Azules's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaston Jerrald was slow to take the kick. During this time Ilulea FC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Ilulea FC's Gordie Ortigoza got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Halcones Azules's Froilan Jerrold got a free kick in the 50th minute. Karl-Oskar Odén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Gumaro in the 53rd minute of the match. Karl-Oskar Odén made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Joaquin Gumaro sent off a good shot on target. After 58 minutes, Fidel Oalo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halcones Azules and the Ilulea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fidel Oalo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Karl-Oskar Odén made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 60th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Joaquin Gumaro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Benino came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karl-Oskar Odén could save by the left post. Ilulea FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Halcones Azules's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaston Jerrald took the corner. The corner led Ilulea FC's Gaston Jerrald to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Oskar Odén despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Gumaro in the 69th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Ilulea FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigiusz Bronicki. Halcones Azules's Abelardo Artizar was substituted for Ricardo Kauldi. Ilulea FC's Anselmo Feliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Salvino in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén got control of the ball when Joaquin Gumaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 75 minutes, Augusto Ticho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Halcones Azules and the Ilulea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Halcones Azules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Ticho to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Gumaro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Karl-Oskar Odén when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karl-Oskar Odén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonatan Benino went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Gaston Jerrald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Oskar Odén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. With his leg Karl-Oskar Odén managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquin Gumaro in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Halcones Azules's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaston Jerrald ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 93 minutes, Joaquin Gumaro made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Halcones Azules's Karl-Oskar Odén tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Ilulea FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ilulea FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
