The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Gumaro got free with Ángel Folch in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Häger in the 4th minute of play. Ángel Folch was a little too slow when Gaston Jerrald got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Joaquin Gumaro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch. Ángel Folch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute, Joaquin Gumaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilulea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ángel Folch was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Jonatan Benino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonatan Benino really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Gaston Jerrald took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Ángel Folch to make any attempt to save it. In the 22nd minute, Gaston Jerrald fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 24th minute, Jonatan Benino made a precise shot to the right of Ángel Folch. Curicó-Unido's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 29 minutes into the game, Jonatan Benino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ángel Folch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonatan Benino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Ángel Folch when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonatan Benino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Ángel Folch skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ángel Folch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Viktor Häger in the 36th minute. Ángel Folch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Häger in the 37th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Gaston Jerrald took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Ángel Folch to make any attempt to save it. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Ángel Folch successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 43 minutes in the game, Joaquin Gumaro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Curicó-Unido from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Gumaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Jasone Yorgos kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Gaston Jerrald shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ángel Folch showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ángel Folch made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Bronicki in the 55th minute of play. Ángel Folch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Bronicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Curicó-Unido defense, Joaquin Gumaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ángel Folch. The Curicó-Unido fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ángel Folch should have stopped the shot. Ángel Folch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ángel Folch came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Ilulea FC's Gaston Jerrald. But to his dismay, Gaston Jerrald quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Ángel Folch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Jerrald, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The Ilulea FC fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Ilulea FC's Jonatan Benino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Curicó-Unido made a substitution. Nicolas Davidovits replaced Eduardo Vargas. 80 minutes into the game, Ilulea FC's Gaston Jerrald nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ángel Folch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. In the 84th minute, Jonatan Benino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ilulea FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Curicó-Unido's Ángel Folch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Bronicki in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Curicó-Unido's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Jerrald came free, but Ángel Folch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Benino in the 92nd minute of play forced Curicó-Unido's goalkeeper Ángel Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 minutes of play, Ilulea FC's Joaquin Gumaro made it 16-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ángel Folch was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ilulea FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
