Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. After 4 minutes Panama's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Panas Zaporozhan who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Chernomorets's corner Panas Zaporozhan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcos Cotilla quite easily take care of the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Petlyura in the 7th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmytro Semchuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Chernomorets's Artur Kondratyuk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Panama's Abraham Alguacil shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 18th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Artur Kondratyuk but with some difficulty. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazariy Prodan in the 19th minute of play. Artur Kondratyuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Miguel Miralles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Kondratyuk was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Bogdan Petlyura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Artur Kondratyuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lyubomyr Tistyk. Yarema Draniv charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yarema Draniv the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, FC Chernomorets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yarema Draniv to maneuver through the defense. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Kondratyuk having to interfere. Nazariy Prodan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Dmytro Semchuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 2-1 became the score in the 92nd minute when Dmytro Semchuk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to FC Chernomorets getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Roman Gaydarzhy hit a great ball. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panama fully deserved thier win.
