Mateo Leguizamo charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mateo Leguizamo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Moises Fernandino's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Herminio Luke firmly grabbed it by the left post. Moises Fernandino scored 2-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herminio Luke, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Luis Rubio in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dunamis's Jimeno Garaile. In the 25th minute Abram Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Luque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentino Ferrant made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Dunamis's Jimeno Garaile. Dunamis's Herminio Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Dunamis from getting a goal against them. Dunamis's attentive Americo Costante managed to snatch the ball when Mateo Leguizamo made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. Dunamis's Jimeno Garaile managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis Rubio in the 32 minute of the game. The throw-in from Valentino Ferrant in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dunamis's Jimeno Garaile. A throw-in in the 36th minute of the game was made by Joshua Curbelo with Abram Luque as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dunamis's Herminio Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Dunamis from getting a goal against them. Herminio Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Luque in the 41st minute of play. Joshua Curbelo made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abram Luque immediately put the ball in play. Herminio Luke came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by El Salvador's Moises Fernandino. But to his dismay, Moises Fernandino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Arias to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Abram Luque had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Luke. Dunamis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Luque was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 56 minutes into the match, Dunamis's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Fernandino came free, but Herminio Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Constancio hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Joshua Curbelo in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dunamis's Silverio Xabat. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Luke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute of the match Mateo Leguizamo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herminio Luke skillfully saved the ball. Joshua Curbelo took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herminio Luke. Herminio Luke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Manuel Kinsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Magrina made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Abram Luque immediately put the ball in play. When Moises Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Fernandino couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Luis Rubio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dunamis's Hermengildo Constancio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The El Salvador fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dunamis had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
