Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 6th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ali Nejat Özertem narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardinho Dantas scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Francisco Carballar hit a great ball. Xavier Figueroa made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Colombo A.C.'s Michal Burufski. 27 minutes into the match, Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa spun around in front of the goal 35 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Colombo A.C.'s goal. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 36th minute of play. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 42nd minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ricardinho Dantas sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Colombo A.C.'s Julian Tomporowski got a free kick in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Lauro Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Indiano to maneuver through the defense. Adrien Caillol kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Ali Nejat Özertem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maksymilian Polkoski kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Nejat Özertem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Colombo A.C. defense, Mariano Lacasa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Nejat Özertem. The Colombo A.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Nejat Özertem should have stopped the shot. The corner ended in Lauro Neiva almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chile's Thiago Pliego did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Lacasa in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Nejat Özertem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 minutes, Mariano Lacasa made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Colombo A.C.'s Ali Nejat Özertem tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
