Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Teofil Pisarcik made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind EDI MZB's goalkeeper Osvaldo Neto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvaldo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Mandrak in the 7th minute of play. Dennis Roelfs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Roelfs, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye EDI MZB's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 24th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldo Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by EDI MZB's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EDI MZB's Osvaldo Neto did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofil Pisarcik in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute Juan Sebastián Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of EDI MZB's Osvaldo Neto. Osvaldo Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Pisarcik, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Dennis Roelfs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. When Daniel Zorita fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Daniel Zorita a yellow card for diving instead. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Pisarcik in the 51st minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 55th minute of play. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Teofil Pisarcik came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the EDI MZB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofil Pisarcik couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Roelfs in the 67th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EDI MZB were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ma Lang Liang took the corner. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Osvaldo Neto made a huge save. In the 78th minute Teofil Pisarcik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Teofil Pisarcik managed to get in a good position for a shot. EDI MZB's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofil Pisarcik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Osvaldo Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 83rd minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldo Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than EDI MZB.
