Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rein Douwes made the kick off which started today's match. In the 12th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Nolmyra FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Hampus Albohm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rein Douwes in the 13th minute of play. Nolmyra FC's Hampus Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. Vit Röd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. In the 24th minute, Vit Röd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Nolmyra FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mexico's Luca Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hampus Albohm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Hampus Albohm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Hampus Albohm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 34th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Nolmyra FC's Orvar Hedlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Lacasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nolmyra FC's Hampus Albohm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Nolmyra FC's goalkeeper Hampus Albohm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tafalla. 44 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hampus Albohm. Nolmyra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Tafalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 47th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gaona to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hampus Albohm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hampus Albohm came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Albohm having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hampus Albohm was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Handley Woodbridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bror Sundström came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Nolmyra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bror Sundström couldn't finish the play. Hampus Albohm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Nolmyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Svante Deckbergh. The audience was convinced that Luca Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hampus Albohm was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Hampus Albohm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Nolmyra FC's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hampus Albohm came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vit Röd hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Nolmyra FC's Eduardo Moreno got a free kick in the 95th minute. Mexico were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Nolmyra FC for a fine match.
