Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Simon Ayala started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Adolfo Huidobro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Roger Miguelez in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Jaraba came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Miguelez made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by E-xplosión Blue 8k's Federico Jaraba. But to his dismay, Federico Jaraba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when E-xplosión Blue 8k was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Jaraba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Ayala in the 34th minute of play. Roger Miguelez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Roger Miguelez made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Roger Miguelez. E-xplosión Blue 8k's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, E-xplosión Blue 8k's Federico Jaraba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 52 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Simon Ayala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roger Miguelez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Federico Jaraba came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the E-xplosión Blue 8k fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Jaraba couldn't finish the play. Roger Miguelez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roger Miguelez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 71 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger Miguelez. E-xplosión Blue 8k's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, E-xplosión Blue 8k's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Roger Miguelez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, E-xplosión Blue 8k's Juan-Carlos Riancho got a free kick in the 77th minute. When Elias Villon fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored E-xplosión Blue 8k's protests and gave Elias Villon a yellow card for diving instead. E-xplosión Blue 8k's Rogerio Villa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Primitivo Andino in the 83 minute of the game. Federico Jaraba struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for E-xplosión Blue 8k. Rogerio Villa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger Miguelez. E-xplosión Blue 8k's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Roger Miguelez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Miguelez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
