Sergio Mustafa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Drago having to interfere. Ivan Drago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Mustafa in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergio Mustafa in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Drago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led Lost Boys Sports Academy's Merih Demiral to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredinho Gerber despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Lost Boys Sports Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Mustafa came free, but Ivan Drago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Ove Boström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Lost Boys Sports Academy's zone, Isaac Incendio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Drago came out of the goal and Isaac Incendio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Alfredinho Gerber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Karlsson in the 43rd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Mustafa was the one to do the kick off. Ivan Drago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Mustafa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute.
