The supporters of Mexico booed when Lugano 1 y 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renzo Ackermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Odol acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Joel Gaona. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Felipe Odol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 54th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Luca Rouco had to leave the field with a concussion. Mexico's Jonathan Atenas was substituted for Luca Rouco. Severiano Ugutz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the game, Lugano 1 y 2's Raul Hulberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 87th match minute, Lugano 1 y 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Valente to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Lugano 1 y 2's Raul Hulberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Raul Hulberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Lugano 1 y 2 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
