Xavier Algoedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 7th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustijn vrolijx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dyllen Van Elsen took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cederique Rutgeerts in the 20th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Uruguay's Francisco Seco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xavier Algoedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 28th match minute, Breendonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yannis Ingelborchs to maneuver through the defense. Arnaud Van Hallebeecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavier Algoedt having to make a save. Cederique Rutgeerts struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breendonk. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Camilo Franco hit a great ball. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Francisco Seco took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Xavier Algoedt to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. After 64 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Covarrubias. Arnaud Van Hallebeecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. Breendonk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xavier Algoedt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the game, Yannis Ingelborchs threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier Algoedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 76th minute of the match. Francisco Seco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Xavier Algoedt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bruno Beldads short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Xavier Algoedt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dyllen Van Elsen hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Xavier Algoedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Algoedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to Breendonk getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Arnaud Van Hallebeecke hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dyllen Van Elsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Breendonk's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier Algoedt came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Breendonk fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uruguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
