In the 30th play minute Peter Enegren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Thiago Pliego. 2-0. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Enegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Chile's Pedro Indiano got a free kick in the 36th minute. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Peter Enegren sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Peter Enegren notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariano Lacasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peter Enegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After 56 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Alan Tamayo. 59 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Ivarsson came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Peter Enegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Peter Enegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rörvik BK's David Mattsson was substituted for Karl Ivarsson. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Felix Garrido hit a great ball. Rörvik BK's Hurşit Üke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Rörvik BK from getting a goal against them. After 74 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Jose Manzanedo. After having played for 76 minutes, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Lacasa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Hurşit Üke in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingvar Esbjörnsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hurşit Üke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 83 minutes, Kent Nordlander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rörvik BK and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Rörvik BK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Nordlander. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Esbjörnsson in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, Rörvik BK's Hurşit Üke got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Hurşit Üke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. In the 94th minute, Olov Valrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
