Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Constantino Madaleno started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Mauro Vermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. Mauro Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Espinar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Social y Dep. Patagonia's Amador Gitano got a free kick in the 4th minute. Mauro Vermudo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 5th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Edmundo Espiga made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Vermudo. Social y Dep. Patagonia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Social y Dep. Patagonia defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Vermudo. The Social y Dep. Patagonia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Vermudo should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Edmundo Espiga took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Mauro Vermudo to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Vermudo was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Edmundo Espiga sped through Social y Dep. Patagonia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauro Vermudo. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 26thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Social y Dep. Patagonia's Mauro Vermudo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Honduras booed when Social y Dep. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Peyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Social y Dep. Patagonia's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Vermudo came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of play forced Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Mauro Vermudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes in the game Rene Maiorga did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Modesto Aurken. Sebastian Villa scored 7-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauro Vermudo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Mauro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Honduras fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Honduras's Edmundo Espiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Valentín Carvallo made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edmundo Espiga immediately put the ball in play. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

In the 54th minute of the game Milagros Cabal made a throw-in which Sebastian Villa played forward. Mauro Vermudo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Mauro Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 56th minute of play. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Edmundo Espiga sped through Social y Dep. Patagonia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mauro Vermudo. After 63 minutes of play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Vermudo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Social y Dep. Patagonia's Mauro Vermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 67th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Vermudo. Social y Dep. Patagonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. 76 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mauro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Mauro Vermudo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 80 minutes into the game, Edmundo Espiga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Mauro Vermudo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Modesto Aurken managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Navarro in the 84 minute of the game. Mauro Vermudo came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. But to his dismay, Sebastian Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. 92 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Mauro Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17-0 became the score in the 94th minute when Edmundo Espiga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Honduras fully deserved thier win.
