Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denimir Tzonkov in the 4th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Denimir Tzonkov sped through Peru's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Ning Ning in the 7th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Denimir Tzonkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 played minutes VN BAKITO got a freekick which was hit by Flavinho Pires. Ruslan Rúklyov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Mei Zhi Jun made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Blagoy Banovski. Ruslan Rúklyov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of the match. Denimir Tzonkov struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Rolando Noboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VN BAKITO. 34 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. VN BAKITO's Mei Zhi Jun quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruslan Rúklyov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Denimir Tzonkov was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Milagros Fraga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ruslan Rúklyov was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 52nd minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Alonso Berganza with Moises Gayoso as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Ruslan Rúklyov made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Denimir Tzonkov came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Rúklyov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruslan Rúklyov. Ruslan Rúklyov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Mei Zhi Jun got a throw-in 87 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gerasim Berberov. In the 92nd minute, Rusi Plochev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Noboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Peru were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
