Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. Felipe Odol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe Odol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Luix in the 15th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 minutes, Raul Hulberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lugano 1 y 2 and the Chile players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raul Hulberto hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Severiano Ugutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severiano Ugutz in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, one of Lugano 1 y 2:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lugano 1 y 2. Felipe Odol had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Mariano Lacasa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 35th minute of the match, Mariano Lacasa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Felipe Odol was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Lugano 1 y 2's Raul Hulberto got a free kick in the 38th minute. Mariano Lacasa came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Felipe Odol could save by the left post. When Ciro Pavia fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lugano 1 y 2's protests and gave Ciro Pavia a yellow card for diving instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Severiano Ugutz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Mariano Lacasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 63 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felipe Odol narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felipe Odol came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Severiano Ugutz came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Lugano 1 y 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Ugutz couldn't finish the play. Felipe Odol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Odol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Severiano Ugutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felipe Odol having to make a save. In the 91st minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Odol was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Felipe Odol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chile fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lugano 1 y 2 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
