Miguel Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miguel Pedroso. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Tristão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Ecuador's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Bruno Tristão scored to the left of an out of position Julio Vera, making the score, 1-2. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's goalkeeper Miguel Pedroso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berto Guine kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Tristão to strike the kick off in the second half. After 74 minutes of play, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Bruno Tristão made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bertus Guine charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bertus Guine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF! With his leg Miguel Pedroso managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes into the game, Bruno Tristão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF throughout the match.
