The supporters of Mysarnas BK booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bradley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, German Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mysarnas BK's supporters rose to their feet, but German Frasquito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Mysarnas BK's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Inocencio Ruiz Tagle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 48 minutes on the clock, Henry Carlberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card.
