Christian Miljeteig dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Daustad booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Daustad's Tom Dyrnes got a free kick in the 40th minute. A hard and well directed shot from Daniel Zorita led 41 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Daustad's Christian Miljeteig became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-4. The Daustad players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-4.

Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Christian Miljeteig skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Agustín Saelices tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christian Miljeteig saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 83 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Miljeteig. Daustad's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 86th minute, Luis Andino fired away a shot on goal. The supporters of Daustad booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Miljeteig was a little too slow when Luis Andino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-7. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Daustad's goalkeeper Christian Miljeteig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
