Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Victory FC's Boyko Koynov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lyuboslav Fudulov. Lyuboslav Fudulov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Laureano Medina came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dante Lacasa could save by the left post. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Laureano Medina tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Felix Luque. In the 15th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyuboslav Fudulov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Victory FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Lyuboslav Fudulov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lyuboslav Fudulov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Felix Luque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lyuboslav Fudulov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivo Hadzhipetkov got free with Dante Lacasa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lyuboslav Fudulov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Laureano Medina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Laureano Medina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victory FC made a substitution. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Lyuboslav Fudulov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marko Kerkenezov, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ascencio Cartagena during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The corner ended in Luca Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Victory FC's Lyuboslav Fudulov did a great save. After having played for 87 minutes, Tzolo Marchovski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Victory FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tzolo Marchovski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marko Kerkenezov in the 91st minute of play. Lyuboslav Fudulov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marko Kerkenezov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
