With his leg Marco Day managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's Süleyman Çakır fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 13th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 18th minute of play forced AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Gomes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. In the 32nd minute, Zhu Zhen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marco Day was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhu Zhen was the one to do the kick off. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süleyman Çakır in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Miguel Breckenfeld went to the cornerflag to take it. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhu Zhen in the 56th minute of play. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süleyman Çakır in the 59th minute of play. Valdo Pitta took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Pitta in the 72nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. The supporters of USA booed when AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calum McKechnie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Gomes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Pitta in the 91st minute of play. AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Süleyman Çakır in the 92nd minute. Khalid Parry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luiz Eduardo Gomes came out and tried to block the shot, but Khalid Parry slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 94th minute. The AtAnAkAs F.C FSCMZ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
