Gasteiz Amarita made a great header on MetalGarurumon F.C's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Leszek Jeziorkowski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Inautzi got free with Julio Vera in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvino Domingo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvino Domingo saved MetalGarurumon F.C from getting behind. Silvino Domingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, MetalGarurumon F.C's Jaunti Cantoral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play forced MetalGarurumon F.C's goalkeeper Silvino Domingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvino Domingo. MetalGarurumon F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 36th minute, Leszek Jeziorkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Jeziorkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Sebastián Puig tried in the game's 42nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Julio Vera. An annoying self made goal, 3-1. MetalGarurumon F.C's Leo Inautzi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig got a free kick in the 51st minute. Gasteiz Amarita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Arias to maneuver through the defense. Silvino Domingo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Inautzi in the 87th minute of play.
