Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Austral FC's Jerold Grijalba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Grijalba in the 5th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Montenegro in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on Austral FC's corner Eduardo Pirro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. Jerold Grijalba scored 2-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Jerold Grijalba came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austral FC's attentive Nisio Iturmendi managed to snatch the ball when Joshua Garrido made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Austral FC were winning 3-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerold Grijalba to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jerold Grijalba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Austral FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. In the 57th minute, Joshua Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Luis Cazalla in the 60th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Austral FC's Ramiro Benavente. A collision led to Austral FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Trifon Ivanov hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Kevin Mastache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Goizeder Infante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Austral FC's Goizeder Infante got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 72nd minute of play forced Austral FC's goalkeeper Damaso Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ignacio Mastache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Hurko was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Austral FC's attentive Goizeder Infante managed to snatch the ball when Antonio Indiano made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Austral FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
