Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Joel Gaona made the kick off and thus started the match. Teobald Karanewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. In the 8th minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 9th minute of the match. Carpathians were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alin Nichitelea took the corner. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Matei Răducu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Karanewski in the 26th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Cazimir Feteanu got a free kick in the 26th minute. Luca Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matei Răducu having to interfere. Carpathians's Alin Nichitelea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luca Rouco, made in the 29th minute of the game. In the 37th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Răducu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matei Răducu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Leontin Ţurcaş could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobald Karanewski to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Matei Răducu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carpathians's Ercan Sabahaddin was substituted for Roque Arixo. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Macos Graciani hit a great ball. Matei Răducu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute Carpathians were awarded a corner. Alin Nichitelea went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Carpathians's Alin Nichitelea to fire away a dangerous shot which Dante Lacasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matei Răducu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Carpathians's Matei Răducu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Dobay in the 82nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erhun Yılma kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Carpathians's Cazimir Feteanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Cazimir Feteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute.
