An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Bugno in the 45th minute of play forced Samurai Champions FC's goalkeeper Márcio de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Samurai Champions FC's zone, Zula Bugno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Márcio de Brito came out of the goal and Zula Bugno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Márcio de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zula Bugno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s Zula Bugno got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samurai Champions FC made a substitution. Acácio Tavares replaced Reynaldo Froila. Márcio de Brito made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker sent off a good shot on target. Pawel Lemiesz hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Samurai Champions FC's Márcio de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Cido Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Czeszyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acácio Tavares hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Márcio de Brito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Samurai Champions FC got a corner. SζλR∃ ∀Γ∀Γ ♥'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cido Recife ran over to the corner to take the kick.
