Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Agostinho Almeida started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With an all-out effort, Juventudes Libertárias's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Agostinho Almeida, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Agostinho Almeidas short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 12 minutes, Agostinho Almeida made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventudes Libertárias's Mauro Eliazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 20 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Mauro Eliazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Juventudes Libertárias's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Mauro Eliazar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Juventudes Libertárias's Ritvaldis Rau got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gilson Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilson Meirelles. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Juventudes Libertárias booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Juventudes Libertárias's Rubinho Loureiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lúcio da Silveira kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Agostinho Almeida scored 3-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritvaldis Rau in the 74th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Eliazar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Yu Ying Yang in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Santos in the 95th minute of the match. Juventudes Libertárias walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
