Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Elequemedo in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Kleopas Plouffe. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kleopas Plouffe having to make a save. Kleopas Plouffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With 46 minutes on the clock, Gabriel Loyarte commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. The corner led to Chile's Xavier Figueroa getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Kleopas Plouffe in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Xavier Figueroa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 85 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Kleopas Plouffe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 97th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kleopas Plouffe. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6.
