Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koray Neba, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute, YEDİKULE's Mario Alberto Millar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Cotilla. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Dylan Sarmiento a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 91st minute. Berkem Vefai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
