Vachon Camaño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Vachon Camaño made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Julian Murillo made a precise shot to the right of Vachon Camaño. Sporting Buceo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Vachon Camaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 15 played minutes Julian Murillo rounded Sporting Buceo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vachon Camaño. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vachon Camaño. Julian Murillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Luz Tejedor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Luz Tejedor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vachon Camaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piearres Somiedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Favila Heras in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Vachon Camaño came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Vachon Camaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Julian Murillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Murillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Buceo's zone, Eliseo Mina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vachon Camaño came out of the goal and Eliseo Mina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Favila Heras.

Eliseo Mina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vachon Camaño having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Buceo's zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vachon Camaño came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vachon Camaño. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vachon Camaño should have stopped the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Sporting Buceo's Vachon Camaño. Vachon Camaño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Erroman Delgado with Favila Heras as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilmar Cuadrillero in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vachon Camaño. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vachon Camaño should have stopped the shot. In the 80th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Favila Heras to maneuver through the defense. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. 83 minutes into the game, Favila Heras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Buceo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Favila Heras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Rafael Gallo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vachon Camaño was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After some careless play in the Sporting Buceo defense, Rafael Gallo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vachon Camaño. The Sporting Buceo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vachon Camaño should have stopped the shot. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaizki Colina in the 91st minute. Vachon Camaño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute of the match.
