An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Mastache in the 17th minute of play forced Szczakowianka's goalkeeper Zula Kosiorek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedykt Perkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. In the 24th minute, Luis Elequemedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szczakowianka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.
