Baxters Boys were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Johan Bäckman took the corner. The corner ended in Cornelio Olayo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. After 71 minutes, Tomas Illescas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Baxters Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Staffan Åman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baxters Boys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
