The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Orlando Tafalla a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Relyn Futebol Clube's Michael Åkerström got a free kick in the 15th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Vinhas in the 23rd minute of play. Gabriel Vinhas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 27th minute of the match, Gabriel Vinhas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Manzanares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 30 minutes, Kevin Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Mastache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Vinhas. Gino Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 36th minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Vinhas in the 41st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Abram Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gino Velasco was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Gabriel Vinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match Relyn Futebol Clube got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Romeo Cangeopol ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Relyn Futebol Clube's Romeo Cangeopol to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. The throw-in from Romeo Cangeopol in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Samuel Navarro. Relyn Futebol Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Santino Seco scored to the left of an out of position Gino Velasco, making the score, 1-2. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Vinhas in the 57th minute of the match. Michael Åkerström hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Raimundo Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Vinhas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Gino Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Secada in the 78th minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gino Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Luis Cazalla in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Relyn Futebol Clube's Ademar Meirelles. Luis Cazalla made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Relyn Futebol Clube's Ademar Meirelles. Relyn Futebol Clube's Raimundo Faria managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis Cazalla in the 83 minute of the game. Gabriel Vinhas might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Vinhas ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Vinhas came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Vinhas in the 88th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Faria during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Relyn Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Raimundo Faria hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Gino Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 minutes, Gabriel Vinhas made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
